Preparing your Quilt Top 

 

                                                        1.  Cut your quilt backing and batting 8 inches wider and longer than your quilt top.

                                             2.  Please have your quilt top and back pressed and free of loose threads.

                                             3.  Be sure to remove the selvage edges of your quilt back.

                                             4.  Make sure your quilt back is squared.

                                             5.  Please DO NOT pin or baste your quilt.  Just bring each piece and I will do the rest.

 

      

                

 

When shipping a quilt, never mark the box it is shipped in with the word "quilt". It is common knowledge in this industry that thefts have occurred as a result of such labeling, although never personally in my business.
